Magazine Project

 These are work I did for my magazine project. I decided to base my work around manga, which is my specialty. I was asked to create a front cover as well as a double page spread for my magazine. The characters are my own original characters, I coloured them in using Adobe Photoshop. For the backgrounds, I took photos of the sea and then edited them in a way to fit with the main image. "Elementium" is the title of my very own manga, Xion and Reyna will be the main protagonists of the story.

Computer Project

These are work that I produced for my project which was all about computers. The work above are both creatively made artwork that are meant to look like the inside of what machines looks like. This project was the worst one to work on because it just go so boring and dull. My sketchbook just seemed lifeless so I did not put a lot of effort into it because I had lost my motivation.

These are work that I did for another project called 'Jewels, Trinkets and treasures'. My pictures are all from primary sources and drawn from observation. This project helped me to improve on my drawing skills a lot.

Georgia O'Keeffe

Georgia O'Keeffe was one of the artists that inspired me whilst I was working on the 'Flora And Fauna' project. The way she blends colours together is amazing and that just pushed me into trying to make my  pieces to be similar to hers. The colours she uses are usually bright and vibrant so I too tried to keep my work as beautiful as how hers is. I know my pieces were not as good as Georgia O'Keeffe's but I suppose that is to be expected since she is the the professional one and I am just a student.

These three images are my favourite pictures from my very first project when I started attending college. As you can see the theme of the unit was based around flowers so I used different forms of techniques to produce different types of artwork.
